Getting disappointed. I add to cart, select time, then miraculously its not in stock. Tried 4 different items. I give... up with this place. I mean every time I try to order? Read they get multiple stars :: Okay so over a year ago my boyfriend would go to summit the lines were insane you... waited outside for 45 min and then went inside for another 45 min 1 star Horrible buttttttt…….My first time was yesterday because I heard through another patient that they didn't have line anymore which was true.The woman at the front desk was very great she was nice explained stuff to me nice. She gets 5 stars…Now the appearance of the place is nice and clean, pretty, but the screens change so fast I couldn't read it.The bud tender he gets 1 star. I would ask him a question ( simple " what are your 30$ items) he rubbed his chin and liked confused didn't answer it. I asked what's a high thc item he still was confused. So now I'm listening to the woman next me to telling another new patient about edibles and flowers. She was very good .I would have gave summit a 1 start but the lady upfront and the bud tender I was over listening to is why I upped the rate. And it's nice in there tooSo then I ask what flavor gummies do you have he said fruit flavors! I'm like okay like???????This part is why I had to give 3 stars!!!He gave me the hard candies!!! Drove all the way from providence to Worcester and back to get my some of family to go to the beach in Narraganset.... Stopped at summit to get my daily medicine .My medical card was fairly worn however still readable. needless to say I've been coming here for a year now on an almost daily basis. The front staff told I should get a new one. SHE DID NOT TELL me I would be allowed in without a new one. Anyways I didn't get my meds which I needed. And frankly I was treated very rude. No aspect of community what so ever. This place wants their money!!!! Rude security on steroids with guns… come on summit. I will never shop here again. read more
First time going to Summit, staff was amazing. So very helpful and friendly!
I wasn't a big fan of Summit for years. It always seemed overpriced. In the past 6 months, though, they've been my go... to. Here you can save and get good quality. If you buy a half ounce, you get a $15 discount. You can mix and match as long as they are on the same tier. None of the other dispensaries offer this. Plus, they have a loyalty plan and there's specials every day.My only gripe is that sometimes they run low. read more

I got denied entry for having a expired driving license which was fine. I renewed and brought in the print out which... shows I renewed it. She let me in. Then the next week, I forgot to bring my temporary driving license paper and the same young woman denied entry for me even though I showed her on my phone, the temporary driving license. Wont ever be coming back here. You deny me medicine when the only thing expired was my driving license. Its inconsistent because some of the workers there never gave me an issue with my expired driving license. What should matter is if my medical card is expired which it isn't. My driving license just confirms who I am on the medical card. IM PHYSICALLY NOT EXPIRED. I hope you guys get more consistent with this. Don't tell me i can come in sometimes and sometimes I cant. Get your workers on the same page. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I've been shopping at Summit for a long time and the Staff is always great. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and... professional. The flower changes frequently sometimes so ordering online is helpful to know what you want when you go in. I removed a star because the State of RI is limiting what Summit can sell as edibles and what they do have is not great. I hope this changes for the better. read more
Love love this place! Never had a experience with any of the staff members. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. I... moved from CA and had issues with my medical card but the staff helped me out and answered all of my questions. The prices are also decently priced and works well, I don't know why this place has a low star rating on Google, but please go to this place! Highly recommend it especially for new patient read more
My wife is a patient and against my better judgement, I drove out of our way to go to Summit. She checked the menu on... her phone in the parking lot and when she got inside to order they were out of the product. This is not unusual for Summit. Almost an hour later, it's STILL listed for sale on the website. There's got to be a better way. I don't expect a response, because the negative reviews tend not to get answered. On the plus side, the wait wasn't long and the staff wasn't rude. read more
I really try not to go to this dispensary since the pandemic started. They tend to have very long lines out the door no... matter the weather and their online ordering system is a bit wonky, sometimes the order you placed will be cancelled after the fact because they sold out of the product you ordered.They have decent strains but their concentrates aren't too great. I wish Rhode Island had more options so I didn't have to go to this place from time to time. read more
This place is behind the other 2 dispensaries around. The prices are on par and offer fair discounts but that's about... it. However there are two major issues that will make me look elsewhere as a patient.#1 your packaging. I really couldn't believe you actually package the flower in those plastic containers that ruin the flower by making it bone dry. There is no seal and air is let in making the best of strains worthless. Your ruining the flower. You make enough in profit to invest in much better packing and storage it's not fair to us as patients.#2 You have nothing on display. Not even a picture just a name of the strain. How do I know what I'm even going to get, and of course no refunds when your selling flower that has become unusable. read more

I used to go to the other dispensary up the road from Summit but switched because this place is sooo much nicer,... friendlier, and welcoming! They make not have the extensive operation like the other place but they're really nice and helpful, especially Micaela and Chelsea. They don't treat you like just another transaction, they treat you like valued guests...plus have patient discounts and monthly daily specials is super awesome! The other place suspended their loyalty program for months when this pandemic started but not Summit! They kept providing quality service and great value in this challenging time!! Rock on Summit!! They are good. Like all dispensaries basically. RIs MMJ laws are why most dispensaries do poorly. So I give these guys... a 5star. They are friendly and have decent stuff. The reason for any bad reviews. Is because the state of Rhode Island and it's legislation has done such a poor job on it's medical reform laws. That is why anyone here has left a bad review. Not due to the efforts of the people who work here. Happy trails folks. Don't avoid this place. They are reasonably priced. I like that they allow those with more severe needs to go before the long line. That speaks volumes in my opinion and this is the only dispensary where I have seen that happen. read more

Policies are pretty whack. I had placed close to 100 online orders when they rolled the new online order system out. I... had to pick up my order early 3 times because I had to go to work early. The people who worked there informed me that if I was to pick up early again I would lose online ordering privileges... like what? I'm being penalized for giving you my money earlier than when I said? My account was locked out and my only option now is to wait in line. I only go here because it's convenient but as soon as another dispensary opens I will be switching. read more
I went in and I have a Walker and I need help to get in and out of the place they let me in with assistant and they... said that I need a letter from my doctor and when I go to the other compassion center I don't need one and when you pay with a credit or debit card watch out cause they make Mistakes and they might over draw your account read more

Can't say enough great things about Summit. I have had my card for just about a year and have never tried the other... dispensaries. Selection and quality is good, staff is GREAT (shout out to Tamako, you're awesome!). Always a pleasant experience and online ordering fast and convenient (definitely recommended to beat the line).
